How can I cancel my order? - VERY IMPORTANT
As we offer 48 hour delivery we have to process orders as fast as possible and so we have fully automated this process.
This means we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders so please choose very carefully before ordering

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, although FREE shipping is only available in the UK. Please note we have stopped sending to some countries where we have had issues with the local courier - Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. All international orders are sent DDU.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we offer 48 hour delivery we have to process orders as fast as possible. This means we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders so please choose very carefully before ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Orders are processed immediately and if received before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We send all orders by Royal Mail's tracked and signed 48 hour delivery in the UK so you package will usually arrive within 2 business days.
What if I don't receive my order?
This will not happen, our deliveries are fully tracked.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to health and hygiene reasons products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.
Can I ship to a locker?
As we send all orders by Royal Mail's tracked and signed service we do require a signature. Please check with whoever manages your locker before ordering that they can receive and provide a signature for you.
